Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an Equity Research Expert for a remote contractor role to contribute to advanced financial analysis, earnings modeling, and sector insights. You will evaluate real-world equity research content to support training of next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, analyzing earnings, benchmarking peers, and developing investment theses with strong written and verbal communication. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in equity research and ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banking, insurance, biotech, technology).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Review and evaluate equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.

Preferred Qualifications
