Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis. This contractor role is remote.

You will perform company and industry research, screening, and build Excel-based models, pitchbooks, and client materials, applying advanced M&A know-how to support AI training without requiring prior AI experience. Ideal candidates have senior-level M&A experience (Senior Associate or VP), hands-on transaction

Qualifications

• Senior Associate or Vice President level in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
