Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote contractor project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will review equity research datasets, evaluate earnings revisions, and benchmark competitors to develop investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banking, insurance, biotech, technology).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.

We are seeking experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You'll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work
