The Corporate Institute is seeking an Investment Analyst to support investment activities across unlisted/private opportunities, public equities, REITs and InvITs. The role requires strong analytical rigour and the ability to translate complex business and macro dynamics into clear investment views for senior decision-makers.

You will review opportunities across asset classes, assess asset quality and yields, and prepare structured notes and presentations for leadership.

Qualificações

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 25 years of relevant experience, with Big 4 experience (transaction advisory, valuations, or financial due diligence preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to analyse businesses across multiple sectors and asset classes.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes unlisted/private investments, listed equities, REITs, and InvITs conducting end-to-end due diligence.
• For REITs and InvITs, assess underlying asset quality, cash flow stability, distribution yields, leverage, and structural considerations.
• Analyse a wide range of industries and sectors, developing the ability to understand and clearly articulate each sector’s structure and outlook.
• Form independent views on sector growth potential and company-specific growth prospects.
• Understand and explain sector and company dynamics, including the value chain, business model, competitive positioning, and pricing power.
• Correlate company and sector analysis with the broader macroeconomic and global investment view.
• Conduct peer comparison and benchmarking.
• Prepare structured investment notes, memos, and presentations for circulation to senior management and family principals.

Role Overview:

The role demands strong analytical rigour and the ability to translate complex business and macro dynamics into clear, actionable investment views for senior decision-makers.
