Job summary

GMCP is seeking a driven finance professional in Lucknow to lead end-to-end deal execution. The role requires strong analytical and verbal skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities include preparing financial models, pitch books, participating in due diligence, identifying targets for private equity, and managing relationships with PE and VC funds. MBA in Finance preferred; CA rank holder preferred; minimum two years' relevant experience.

Job description

The Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the Deal. This role requires strong analytical and verbal skill and ability to work under desired timelines. Candidates must be focused and strongly self-motivated; previous relevant experience is a must, experience in origination would be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

MBA in Finance is preferred. Chartered Accountant (CA) - Rank Holder is preferred. The candidate should have minimum two years of relevant experience.
