Job summary

Amazon Bengaluru is seeking an Investigation Associate to investigate suspicious activity, address escalations, and develop long-term systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience.

You will work with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships and continuously improve identity verification processes, with flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts. Strong MS Office skills and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in investigations or related field.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Amazon is looking for an Investigation Associate that has a background in transportation, risk management and data driven problem resolution skills. In this role the Investigation Associate will continuously work with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships in order to investigate suspicious activity and address escalations while creating long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience. In this role, the Investigation Associate will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to identity verification. Flexible to work in 24x7 shift and flexible week-offs

Key job responsibilities

• Conduct investigations
• Take appropriate action to identify and help - minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
• Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
• Knowledge to systematically escape problems or variance in the information
• Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary

• Share inputs for SOP enhancements

Basic Qualifications
