Job summary

Zari Silk India Pvt. Limited is seeking an Inventory & Operations Executive to manage store stock audits, MIS reporting, and basic IT support for our retail business from the Jaipur head office.

The candidate should have strong Excel skills, familiarity with Google Sheets, and be willing to travel occasionally for store audits. 0–3 years experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/IT background preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong Excel skills are welcome)
• Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of computer/IT troubleshooting
• Exposure to ERP or e-commerce platforms is an advantage, though not essential.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Honest, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock audits across store locations and reconcile discrepancies against ERP records.
• Reconcile Inventory records including stock transfers, pending approvals, job work, and Inventory transactions using Excel/Google Sheets
• Maintain and update MIS reports in Excel and Google Sheets
• Handle e-commerce backend tasks Claims, returns/order reconciliation, and inventory updates.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other basic IT issues, and coordinate with external vendors whenever required.
• Maintain IT assets (computers, printers, CCTV, and networking equipment) across store locations
• Assist the reporting manager in day-t o-day Inventory, MIS, and IT tasks.
