Carnation Infotech Pvt Ltd. seeks a seasoned macOS Endpoint Management Engineer to manage Apple devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune. The role involves enrolment (ADE), configuration & compliance policies, and packaging (PKG/DMG) with strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS.
• Apple ABM/ASM, MDM basics, PPPC/TCC, File Vault and PKG/DMG packaging.
• Bash or Zsh scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with Azure Entra ID, group assignments, and Conditional Access.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage macOS devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and support Automated Device Enrolment (ADE).
• Create configuration profiles and enforce compliance policies.
• Package, deploy, and maintain macOS apps (PKG/DMG).
• Manage Company Portal apps via Intune filters (OS version, device model).
• Deploy and support enterprise apps: Office/MAU, Netskope, CrowdStrike, Global Protect, Zoom, Chrome, Citrix Workspace, Webex.
• Implement Apple security controls: PPPC/TCC, File Vault, Bootstrap Token, System Extensions.
• Write and maintain bash/zsh scripts for automation/remediation.
• Troubleshoot Intune deployment status, Company Portal, macOS logs, VPN/network issues.
• Collaborate with Security, IAM, and Support teams.

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled macOS Endpoint Management Engineer to manage Apple devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune. The role requires strong hands-on experience with macOS enrolment (ADE), configuration & compliance policies, app packaging (PKG/DMG), scripting, and deep understanding of Apple enterprise controls.

Key Responsibilities
