Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Intune & Mac Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise Mac and Windows device infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, macOS management, Azure AD, MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and endpoint security.

The role involves administering Mac systems, Apple DEP/VPP, and deploying Office 365 apps via Intune, while ensuring device compliance, RBAC, and proactive incident handling across endpoint environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Mac systems infrastructure and endpoint management solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on macOS devices.
• Administer and maintain Apple DEP and VPP.
• Deploy and manage Office 365 applications, LOB apps, web links, and store apps through Intune.
• Manage Apple APNs certificates, MDM authority provisioning, and RBAC administration.
• Administer Azure Active Directory users, groups, and device policies.
• Perform MDM and MAM using Intune.
• Manage Windows Autopilot enrollment, endpoint compliance, Defender, and device monitoring.
• Handle non-compliant device remediation, retirement activities, and end-user communication.
• Configure and maintain security policies, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and restrictions.
• Generate compliance reports and drive continuous improvement in compliance metrics.
• Analyze trends, identify recurring incidents, and work with relevant teams to reduce ticket volumes.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the Intune MDM platform.
• Troubleshoot endpoint management issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, macOS management, Azure AD, MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and endpoint security while ensuring device compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Mac systems infrastructure and endpoint management solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on macOS devices.
• Administer and maintain Apple DEP (Device Enrollment Program) and VPP (Volume Purchase Program).
• Deploy and manage Office 365 applications, Line of Business (LOB) applications, web links, and Store applications through Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Apple APNs certificates, MDM authority provisioning, and RBAC administration.
• Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD) users, groups, and device policies.
• Perform Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) using Intune.
• Manage Windows Autopilot enrollment, endpoint compliance, Microsoft Defender, and device monitoring.
• Handle non-compliant device remediation, retirement activities, and end-user communication.
• Configure and maintain security policies, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and restriction policies.

• Knowledge of Apple DEP, VPP, APNs, and Mac device lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Expertise in MDM/MAM, device compliance, and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Autopilot and Microsoft Defender.
• Understanding of Android Enterprise device management.
• Experience in security policy management and compliance reporting.
• Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise endpoint management environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Endpoint Manager and security compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Intune, Endpoint Management, or Azure Administration are preferred.
