Job summary

SHI is seeking a Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Engineer to lead end-to-end management of modern workplace devices using Intune and Windows Autopilot. You will automate provisioning, manage policies, and drive security baselines across a global endpoint program.

You will design, configure, and maintain Intune policies, deployment profiles, and Azure AD integrations while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and robust device security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in endpoint management with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCCM is a plus.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and modern workplace concepts.

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
