The ideal candidate will manage Windows 10/11 devices at scale, implement endpoint security baselines, and collaborate with Security and IT teams on modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 device management at scale.
• Strong skills in PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Experience with modern workplace initiatives and zero trust concepts.
• Ability to design and implement endpoint security baselines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Microsoft Intune infrastructure, policies, and configurations.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Windows Autopilot provisioning solutions.
• Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies and update rings.
• Implement and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting; drive automation initiatives.
• Support endpoint modernization projects and migrations from SCCM/MECM to Intune.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise endpoint environments. The role will focus on Microsoft Intune administration, Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, endpoint security, automation, and modern workplace initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience managing Windows 10/11 devices at scale and be proficient in PowerShell automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Endpoint Management

• Manage and support the Microsoft Intune infrastructure, policies, and configurations.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Windows Autopilot provisioning solutions.
• Configure and manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policies and update rings.
• Implement and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and endpoint security policies.
• Manage enterprise Windows 10/11 devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Support large‑scale endpoint management environments.

2. Automation & Optimization

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint management, automation, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational activities through automation.
• Standardize and improve device lifecycle management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of endpoint management operations.

3. Endpoint Security

• Implement and monitor endpoint security policies, compliance standards, and security baselines.
• Support Modern Workplace and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Ensure endpoint environments meet security and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with security teams to address endpoint vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

4. Operational Support

• Troubleshoot complex endpoint management and Windows-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and operational reviews.

5. Project & Delivery

• Lead or contribute to endpoint modernization and migration projects.
• Support SCCM/MECM to Intune migration and transition programs.
• Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Desk teams.
• Drive platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
