Job summary

• Analyze aged lot trends including aging duration, hold reasons, lot ownership and disposition status.
• Develop a systematic tracking and monitoring mechanism for LOH and aged lots.
• Establish reports/visualizations for visibility of LOH, aging by bucket, hold reasons, lot owner, pending disposition, aging trend, and recurring issues.
• Identify top contributors/root causes for long-aged LOH and recommend improvements.
• Standardize the LOH disposition follow-up process and action plan to improve closure time.
• Prepare improvement report and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders.

• Analyze current Lot on Hold (LOH) disposition workflow and identify gaps, delays and manual activities.
• Analyze aged lot trends, including aging duration, hold reasons, lot ownership and disposition status.
• Develop a systematic tracking and monitoring mechanism for LOH and aged lots.
• Establish report/visualization to provide clear visibility of: Total LOH quantity,Aged lot by aging bucket,Hold reason / category, Lot owner / responsible, Pending disposition status, Aging trend and recurring issues.
• Identify top contributors / root causes for long-aged LOH and recommend improvement actions.
• Standardize the LOH disposition follow-up process and reaction plan to improve closure time.
• Prepare improvement report and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders.

Your profile

• Bachelor in Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Internship period of 6 months and above is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge in semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrates interest to learn new technology and tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
