Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Chennai is seeking a full-time Listing Moderation Specialist. Responsibilities include moderating listings, maintaining accuracy above 98%, and ensuring timely updates within SLA/TAT. Responsibilities

• Moderate listings with a focus on accuracy (>98%).
• Ensure listings are completed within defined SLA/TAT.
• Work independently and monitor performance metrics.
• Be able to identify and update information on map front accurately.
• Aim for 100% user satisfaction with minimal escalations.

• Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained
• Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time
• Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics
• Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front
• Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading & speaking Hindi and English
• Should be proficient with computers and MS office

• Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & Geography
• Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of supervisor
• Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business requirement
• Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice
