Job summary

FlyTreat in Delhi (Vikaspuri) is hiring an International Travel Sales Consultant to handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email, tailor itineraries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings on-site. You will coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa teams, and partners; maintain client relationships for repeat business; and meet monthly sales targets with incentives for top performers.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in international travel sales.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
• Understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and lead-conversion abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle international travel sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand clients travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Recommend suitable international destinations, itineraries, hotels, activities, and packages.
• Prepare and share customized quotations and itineraries.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and other internal teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
