Job summary

Atari Informatics is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end international trade operations. You will locate vendors worldwide, assess rates and terms, and ensure compliance across export and import shipments.

You will prepare documentation, coordinate with banks for LC negotiations, and maintain meticulous shipment records to support timely deliveries and smooth customs clearance.

• Prepare export shipments by arranging necessary documents.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance processes.
• Manage import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Process letters of credit (LC) and negotiate terms with banks for foreign trade transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipment-related documentation.
• Locate prospective sellers and secure best rates after verification.
