Job summary

Captalent Hr in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Voice Support professional to provide frontline technical assistance to international customers. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, troubleshoot software issues, and document interactions in CRM while meeting quality and efficiency targets.

Applicants should have 2–5 years of international technical support experience, strong English communication skills, and willingness to work rotating night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
