We are seeking a skilled professional to provide 24x7 first-line support for Vodafone’s international roaming services, ensuring high service availability and an excellent customer experience. The role is responsible for alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, first-level triage, incident communications, and coordination with resolver teams throughout the incident lifecycle.
The successful candidate will support Vodafone's TSSI Roaming Operations environment, which delivers first-level technical support across international roaming platforms and services including SS7 Signalling, LTE Signalling, VoLTE, 5G services, CAMEL Signalling, and centralised Value Added Services (VAS) such as Steering of Roaming (SoR), Virtual Home Environment (VHE), and Welcome Roaming SMS (WRSMS). These services are used across Vodafone local and partner markets globally.
