The ideal candidate will have experience in Gulf recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Gulf/Overseas recruitment.
• Experience hiring for UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a target-driven environment.

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities.
