Job summary

Global Talent Square, a 2COMS Group Brand, is recruiting an International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries from Alappuzha, Kerala. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling candidate management for overseas clients across industries.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of Gulf recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Gulf/Overseas recruitment
• Experience sourcing for UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
• Proficient with MS Office and recruitment MIS systems

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social platforms, referrals and databases
• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates
• Manage documentation, profile submissions and follow-ups
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring
• Ensure timely closures with quality standards
• Maintain recruitment MIS, databases and status reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth processes

• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Gulf Recruitment or Overseas Recruitment (Recruitment Consultancy experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience hiring for UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
