Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, growth, or business strategy.

• Native fluency in one or more indigenous languages used in India (e.g., Hindi).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and analytics teams in English.
• Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Experience working in global environments across multiple time zones.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
• Experience in startups or entrepreneurial ventures.
