Job summary

Transcom is hiring a travel support agent to handle travel queries, bookings, and issue resolution for international customers. You will use Amadeus for ticketing, coordinate flights, hotels, and car rentals, and ensure accurate, timely service across multiple channels.

The role requires 1–6 years in an international BPO environment, strong communication, and attention to detail, with proficiency in Amadeus and other GDS systems.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling customer support calls.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus for international ticketing purposes.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
