Job summary

Appsierra Group in Thane is seeking a night-shift inbound call specialist to handle Gift Card and Home Security campaigns from a US process. You will engage with customers via inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain records to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Excellent English communication, CRM handling, and comfort with night shifts are required; prior international calling is preferred. Net in-hand salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 with potential monthly incentives up to ₹20,000.

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Process)

Salary & Incentives

• Net in‑hand salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

• Monthly incentive: Up to ₹20,000 based on performance

Requirements
