Job description

Mynd Fintech | M4 International Business

Role: International Business Development
Reporting to: CGO – International Markets
Base Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai
Business Unit: M4 International
Financial Year: 2026–27

THE OPPORTUNITY

Mynd Fintech’s M4 International Business is on a mission to replicate India’s TReDS success story globally. In under a decade, India’s TReDS ecosystem scaled from near-zero to INR 70,000+ crore in annual discounting volumes. We are now at the starting line of building similar ecosystems across UAE, KSA, Africa, LATAM, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact, fast-paced team shaping supply chain finance markets in emerging economies. You will work closely with the CGO on market entry strategy, financial institution (FI) onboarding, joint venture structuring, and cross-border deal execution.

This is not a support role—you will own outcomes.

WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT
  • Direct exposure to CGO-led strategy with ownership of key workstreams
  • Opportunity to work across multiple global markets (GCC, Africa, LATAM, SEA, Europe, Asia)
  • Engagement with senior stakeholders including regulators, bank leadership, and fund managers
  • Involvement in national exchange builds and institutional partnerships
  • Exposure to JV structuring, licensing, and trade corridor development
  • Strong domestic foundation: 70+ FIs, 3,500+ corporates, and 100,000+ SMEs
  • International travel exposure based on business needs
