Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an Internal Controls Specialist to oversee the ICS within the SSC/DTSE India.

You will lead ISO 27001 control implementation, IT security standards, and audits, while aligning with data privacy regulations. Strong governance, risk, and compliance experience is essential. The role reports to the Internal Controls Manager and collaborates with finance, risk, and audit teams to strengthen the control environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ISO 27001 compliance, implementation, and audits.
• End-to-end IT Audit including planning, execution, testing, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in Information Security implementation and governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations and security controls.
• Ability to assess, design, and implement security controls to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on implementing and documenting key controls per the DTSE ICS Masterplan.
• Conduct risk analyses for ICS-relevant processes and systems focusing on financial reporting risks.
• Coordinate ICS audits with local and international auditors and Internal Audit.
• Drive ISO 27001 controls implementation and IT security standards.
• Lead end-to-end IT audit activities from planning to audit reporting.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security and regulatory rules.
• Monitor changes in ICS methodology and communicate updates to process owners.
• Recommend standardization, automation, and optimization of controls.
