Job summary

Bisk Farm is seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct regular RDS audits across Patna and Varanasi. The role will cover depot and warehouse audits, stock verification, and adherence to internal controls in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The candidate will compile audit findings, prepare reports, and coordinate with teams to implement corrective actions. Strong Excel skills and 2+ years of audit experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Internal Audit / Depot Audit / Warehouse Audit / Stock Audit.
• FMCG, Distribution, Logistics or Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular RDS audits across assigned locations.
• Audit depot and warehouse operations including stock movement and documentation.
• Verify stock against records, identify shortages, mis-shipments and discrepancies.
• Audit sales, stock, dispatch and related operational records.
• Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs and internal controls.
• Identify control gaps and suggest preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and financial implications.
• Coordinate with teams for corrective actions and track resolutions.
• Maintain audit documentation and support records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular RDS audits across assigned locations.
• Conduct Depot and Warehouse audits covering inventory, stock movement, documentation and process adherence.
• Verify physical stock against system records and identify shortages, excesses, damages and discrepancies.
• Audit sales, stock, dispatch, receipt and other relevant operational records.
• Check adherence to company policies, SOPs and internal control procedures.
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and potential risk areas.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, discrepancies and financial implications.
• Coordinate with concerned teams for corrective and preventive actions.
• Track closure of audit observations within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and supporting records.
• Support management in strengthening internal controls and reducing operational leakages.
• Travel to RDS points, depots and warehouses as required.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit / Depot Audit / Warehouse Audit / Stock Audit.
• Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Logistics or Manufacturing will be preferred.
