Assist senior auditors in the planning and execution of internal audit procedures across various departments of the client, including sales, service, spare parts, and finance
Actively participate in conducting physical stock audits of vehicles and spare parts inventory
Examine and verify financial transactions, records, and their supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Help identify weaknesses in internal controls and suggest improvements
Prepare and maintain clear and concise audit working papers
Assist in drafting sections of the audit report and summarising findings
Communicate with client staff to request and gather necessary information for the audit process
A thorough understanding of the end-to-end internal audit process
Practical skills in conducting physical stock verification and reconciliation
Insight into the unique operational and financial workflows of the automobile dealership industry
Enhanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in professional communication and client interaction
Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, ACCA Pursuing, or another related degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting
Solid foundational knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
Ability to travel to client locations within Karnataka
