Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits across stores and business operations.
• Review financial transactions, cash handling, inventory, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process gaps, discrepancies, and potential control risks and highlight them to the concerned stakeholders.
• Verify supporting documents, bills, invoices, and other financial records.
• Prepare audit reports with clear observations and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit observations and track closure of action items.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Support in improving internal controls and audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of audit activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams during audits.
