Job summary

Aadijay Projects is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor for its construction and infrastructure operations. The candidate will handle internal audit across HO and sites, focusing on project costs, controls, and compliance with GST, TDS and income tax requirements.

Key duties include supplier and contract reviews, ITC reconciliations, and strengthening internal control systems, with coordination to statutory auditors and tax consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Audit, GST, TDS and Income Tax for construction/EPC projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare and present MIS.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, tax consultants and management.

Responsibilities

• Internal audit of HO and project/site operations.
• Review project costs, profitability, procurement and subcontractor bills.
• Check payment controls, vendor/contractor transactions and financial leakages.
• GST compliance, reconciliations, ITC review and GST notices.
• TDS compliance, reconciliation and notices.
• Income-tax compliance, tax planning and assessments.
• Project-wise accounting, MIS and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Review contracts, RA bills, revenue, receivables and advances.
• Development and strengthening of internal control systems.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, bankers and management.

Job Profile: Internal Auditor - Construction & Infrastructure Company

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong practical exposure in Internal Audit, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Construction/EPC accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Internal audit of HO and project/site operations
• Review of project costs, profitability, procurement and subcontractor bills
• Checking payment controls, vendor/contractor transactions and financial leakages
• GST compliance, reconciliations, ITC review and GST notices
• TDS compliance, reconciliation and notices
• Income-tax compliance, tax planning and assessments
• Project-wise accounting, MIS and budget vs. actual analysis
• Review of contracts, RA bills, revenue, receivables and advances
• Development and strengthening of internal control systems
• Coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, bankers and management

Preferred Experience: 510 years, preferably in a Construction / EPC / Infrastructure company.

Preference will be given to CA-inter candidate

Key skills: Tally/ERP, Advanced Excel, costing, internal controls and strong analytical/reporting skills.
