Job summary

Varindera Constructions is seeking an Internal Audit professional to conduct risk-based audits across construction projects and corporate functions. You will identify gaps, strengthen controls and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.

The role offers exposure to the real estate and EPC lifecycle, with opportunities to advance in risk management, controls and business assurance within a growing organization in Gurugram. Candidates with CA/CMA and 1-5 years of relevant experience will fit well.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA with 1-5 years of experience in internal audits.
• EPC/Construction/infrastructure audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based internal audits of projects and construction sites.
• Conduct internal audits of Finance, Commercial, Procurement and other Corporate Functions.
• Identify process gaps, financial leakages and control weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Review compliance with company policies, SOPs and internal control systems.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor closure of audit observations.
• Support process improvement, risk management and strengthening of internal controls.
• Prior experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure audits will be preferred.
