Lodha is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of relevant audit experience to conduct internal audits and investigations in Mumbai. You will identify revenue leakages, assess cost-saving opportunities, and review tax compliance processes while documenting findings and improvements.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage routine taxation activities within deadlines. CA candidacy at first or second attempt is acceptable.

Formación

• Good knowledge of tax compliance procedures and reconciliations.
• Strong MS Excel, analytical and numerical skills.

Responsible for conducting internal audits and investigations toidentify revenue leakages, cost-saving opportunities, financialrisks, and control gaps. The role involves project expenditureanalysis, site and invoice verification, audit documentation,compliance reviews, and recommending processimprovements.

Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying revenue leakages / savings during the performance of audits.
• Maintain of appropriate documentation to support coverage of areas, theconclusions drawn and issues reported.
• Update audit program and process understanding document as per workdone.
• Organize / arrange for trainings and developmental activities for self andteam.
• Perform audit as per approved audit program and as per the guidelines /checklist and ad-hoc assignments as per instructions.
• Analyze of project expenditures to identify risk areas of revenue leakages ofInvestigation undertaken as per guidelines.
• Review Auditing and Legal updates of Company Law, Direct Taxes & IndirectTaxes.
• Prepare accurate presentation of the facts of the data of the investigationundertaken.
• Conduct Physical verification at the site and checking the invoices ofInvestigation undertaken as per guidelines.
