Job summary

Carrerlift in Bengaluru is seeking a motivated engineer to work with UAV systems integration and R&D teams on next-generation unmanned aerial vehicles. You will support product development through hands-on work and learning-based projects, and assist in planning UAV flight tests under supervision.

You will document findings from integration, testing and troubleshooting, help diagnose technical issues with senior engineers, and contribute to root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate in Engineering, Robotics, Aeronautics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on UAV projects, university competitions or hobbyist work are advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

About the role:

What they're looking for:

• Strong interest in UAV technology and desire to learn about hardware, software and sensors
• Experience with flight control platforms like Ardupilot or PX4 is helpful but not required
• Prior hands-on experience assembling UAVs, integrating components, or using ground control software such as Mission Planner or QGroundControl
• Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate in Engineering, Robotics, Aeronautics, Mechatronics or a related field
• Hands-on project or academic experience with UAVs through university projects, competitions or hobbyist work is advantageous
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred experience:

• Embedded systems or basic programming in C, C++ or Python
• Participation in team-based projects or engineering clubs
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
