Candidates should have a strong understanding of UAV technology, electrical power systems, and hands-on experience with autopilot platforms. Responsibilities include conducting flight tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing flight data for optimization. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UAV technology and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with autopilot platforms (e.g., ArduPilot, PX4) and microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP 32).
• Extensive experience in flight controller calibration and firmware upgrades.
• Extensive experience in flight controllers calibration and firmware upgrades
• Hands on experience of integrating sensors
• Experience in PCB Designing and firmware programming shall be added advantage

Job description

• Integrate systems and subsystems for multirotor, fixed-wing, and hybrid/VTOL UAVs.
• Collaborate with product development teams to drive design optimization.
• Conduct flight tests as per test plans and document observations.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze flight data and extract actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and control processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of UAV technology and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power system.
• Hands-on experience with autopilot platforms (e.g., ArduPilot, PX4), and micro controllers (Arduino, ESP 32).
• Extensive experience in flight controllers calibration and firmware upgrades
• Hands on experience of integrating sensors
• Experience in PCB Designing and firmware programming shall be added advantage
• Hands on experience with Mission Planner, QGC, and MAVLink.
• Effective communicator with solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
