Job description

Intern/Trainee on Web Development IT

Duration: 11 months of job training and practical experience on running projects to develop web development skills including web page creation, HTML coding, blog promotion, artificial intelligence tools, Google Analytics, SEO, and Google web listing.

Job Location

Vasai West, Nalasopara East (Mumbai); Delhi-NCR (Asaoti Ballabhgarh).

Eligibility

• Freshers with no prior experience and any skillset certificate.
• Passout batch of current financial year considered.
• Age limit: 18 to 45 years.

Education

• Graduate degrees (BA, BSc, BBA, BCA) or 12th/10th class.

Stipend and Benefits

The stipend is paid monthly and increases each month as follows:

• Month 1–3: ₹2,500 – ₹5,000
• Month 4–6: ₹3,000 – ₹6,000
• Month 7–9: ₹4,500 – ₹8,500
• Month 10–11: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000
• Month 12: ₹8,000 stipend and appointment letter; final salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on interview performance.

Annual increments 3–20% and promotions every 2–3 years based on performance. Appointment includes 14 paid holidays and bonus eligibility.

Internship Schedule

• Paid holidays: 52 days.
