Sirion is seeking an Intern- Professional Services in India to design, configure, and implement contract content within the Sirion CLM platform. This role sits at the intersection of contract content, technology, and customer experience, ensuring customers can effectively leverage Sirion’s capabilities for their business needs.

You will work with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, scalable contract content solutions in a fast-paced SaaS

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Degree/Diploma required.
• Preferred: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or similar technology-focused degree.
• Prior exposure to CLM tools or contract management platforms is an added advantage.

• Set up, configure, and maintain contract content, clauses, templates, and structures in the Sirion platform.
• Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them to resolution.

Power the Future of SaaS Delivery & Why This Role Matters

As an Intern- Professional Services you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and implementing contract clauses and templates within the Sirion SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of contract content, technology, and customer experience, ensuring that customers can effectively leverage Sirion’s CLM capabilities to meet their business needs.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver accurate, scalable, and high-quality contract content solutions in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Customer & Requirement Management

• Work closely with business users to gather, validate, and document contract content requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Sirion product functionality and align it with customer-specific needs.

Contract Content Setup & Configuration

• Set up, configure, and maintain contract content, including clauses, templates, and related structures within the Sirion platform.
• Make configuration changes as per approved requirements to support successful implementations.
• Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a strong advantage.

Issue Resolution and Escalation

• Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Follow standard escalation processes for unresolved defects and enhancement requests, ensuring timely follow-ups with Product and Engineering teams.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide prompt, accurate, and clear feedback to customers and account managers.
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Degree/Diploma.
• Preferred: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or similar Technology-focused Degree/Diploma.
• Prior exposure to CLM tools or contract management platforms is an added advantage.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technical implementation concepts, including system design, deployment, and integration.
