Job summary

Zinnov, a global management consulting firm, is hiring an HR professional in Bengaluru to support HR operations, compensation, learning & development, talent management, and employer branding. You will drive employee engagement, assist in analytics, and support performance management and KRAs while handling sensitive data with discretion.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Master’s degree, or equivalent, in HR, MBA, Learning & Development is preferred.
• Team player, highly responsive and customer focus orientated and strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing inputs to manage the HR functions (HR Operations, Compensation, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding); conceptualizing and implementing programs.
• Advises key stakeholders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community and engagement; supports recognition programs and communications.
• Assist in the compensation annual revision process and help maintain pay plan and benefits program; Driving analytics to provide insights on trends.
• Supports leadership sessions and communications about performance and promotions; works with Business partners to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Provides direction for setting of KRAs/ goal setting to employees and execution of Performance Management system.

Responsibilities

Assist in providing inputs to manage the HR functions (HR Operations, Compensation, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding); conceptualizing and implementing programs.

HR Team and Processes

• Keeps a tab on the pulse of the people by leveraging various sources (HealthCheck, pulse surveys, exit interviews, etc.) and help in driving effective programs that continue to improve engagement, and the people experience.
• Advises key stakeholders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community and engagement.
• Participates in and supports recognition programs and communications.
• Assist in creating and analysing HR metrics time and again to make effective decision.
• Assist in the compensation annual revision process and help maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assist in Driving analytics to provide insights to leadership on the internal/external trends and movements in compensation.

Engagement & Culture

• Assist in driving compelling employee engagement initiatives regularly and build powerful connect with the employees.
• Works with other HR team and other corporate function to create and maintain best practices that drive shared outcomes and deliver strong impact/ positive customer experience Serves as a change management agent/champion.

Performance & Coaching and Learning

• Supports leadership sessions and communications about performance and promotions.
• Works closely with the Business partners to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
