Job summary

Zinnov Management Consulting is offering a 6-month in-office HR internship in Bengaluru. The role targets candidates with interest in HR operations, analytics, and talent management, with a stipend of INR 20,000–25,000 per month.

The selected intern will assist across HR functions, monitor employee sentiment, and support culture initiatives. The position is based in Bangalore and requires candidates to be available full-time for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HR functions including HR operations, compensation, learning and development, talent management, and employer branding.
• Monitor employee sentiment using HealthCheck, pulse surveys, and exit interviews; help implement engagement programs.
• Advise stakeholders on strengthening culture, community, and engagement; support recognition programs and communications.
• Create and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making; participate in compensation revisions and benefits programs.
• Drive analytics to provide leadership with insights into internal and external compensation trends.
• Collaborate with HR teams and corporate functions to share best practices that improve processes and employee experiences.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing HR functions, including HR operations, compensation, learning and development, talent management, and employer branding, and support the conceptualization and implementation of programs
2. Monitor employee sentiment by leveraging sources such as HealthCheck, pulse surveys, and exit interviews, and help drive programs that improve engagement and the employee experience
3. Advise key stakeholders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community, and engagement
4. Participate in and support recognition programs and communications
5. Assist in creating and analyzing HR metrics periodically to support effective decision-making
6. Assist in the annual compensation revision process and help maintain pay plans and benefits programs
7. Assist in driving analytics to provide leadership with insights into internal and external trends and movements in compensation
8. Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives regularly and build strong connections with employees
9. Collaborate with other HR teams and corporate functions to create and maintain best practices that drive shared outcomes and deliver positive customer experiences
10. Serve as a change management agent and champion
11. Support leadership sessions and communications related to performance and promotions
12. Work closely with business partners to identify training needs and areas for improvement
13. Provide direction for setting KRAs and goals for employees and support the execution of the performance management system
