• Support implementation of Lean tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Title

Intern – Operations Excellence

Department: Operations Excellence

Reporting To: Head – Operations Excellence / Industrial Engineering

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Role Objective

To support the Operations Excellence team in driving productivity improvement, mechanization, automation, layout optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The intern will gain hands‑on exposure to Industrial Engineering tools, Lean Manufacturing principles, and project execution while contributing to operational excellence projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Industrial Engineering
• Assist in conducting time studies, work studies, and motion studies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and eliminating Non-Value Added (NVA) activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors during project implementation.
