Job summary

PayGlocal in Pune, India, is seeking an entry-level onboarding specialist to assist with bank onboarding, ID creation, and day-to-day operations. This role is based at the Baner office and welcomes fresh graduates with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

You will work Monday to Friday, with a 6-month paid stipend, and collaborate with internal teams and banks to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup.

What will you be working on

• Support the operations team with any ad-hoc onboarding or process-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or account setup issues.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to ensure clear coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of payment systems or banking operations will be an added advantage.

Note: This role is open to recent graduate freshers, with a preference for candidates who have prior internship experience. The position is based out of our Baner office, operating Monday to Friday (day shift), and offers a paid stipend for a 6-month tenure.
