We are looking for a Copywriting Intern who can simplify complex financial concepts into engaging, customer-friendly communication across marketing channels. If you enjoy writing, have a sharp eye for consumer behaviour, and want hands‑on exposure to fintech, banking, travel, and growth marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Copywriting Intern, Brand Marketing
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Joining Timeline: Immediate
Write customer‑facing copy across channels, including:
- Push notifications
- WhatsApp campaigns
- Email marketing
- Landing pages
- Website content
- In‑app communication
- App store content
- Performance marketing creatives
Translate complex banking, credit card, forex, travel, rewards, and financial concepts into simple, engaging, and easy‑to‑understand customer communication.
Work closely with the growth and performance marketing teams to create:
- Ad copy
- Meta and Google campaign creatives
- Video scripts
- Conversion‑focused landing page content
- A/B test variants
Support end‑to‑end marketing campaigns by developing:
- Campaign messaging frameworks
- Creative copy directions
- Offer communication
- Product launch communication
Study competitor communication, consumer behaviour, market trends, and campaign performance to improve copy effectiveness and engagement.
Work closely with:
- Product teams
- Growth marketing teams
- CRM teams
- Designers
- Business stakeholders
- Exceptional written English with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Ability to write concise, persuasive, and consumer‑friendly copy
- Ability to adapt tone across different channels and audiences
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and digital marketing principles
- Ability to think beyond writing and understand the business objectives behind communication
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance and using insights to improve messaging
- Curious to understand what drives clicks, conversions, and engagement
- Ability to quickly understand new products, industries, and customer segments
- Interest in fintech, banking, travel, consumer technology, and digital products
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar tools
- Ability to use AI effectively as a productivity enhancer while maintaining originality and quality
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in content writing, copywriting, marketing, advertising, or social media is a plus
- Experience managing college publications, blogs, newsletters, content pages, or student‑led marketing initiatives is appreciated
