IQVIA in Bengaluru/Gurgaon is hiring an Associate Consultant - Market Research and Analytics to deliver commercial analytics and business insights for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in a hybrid role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or MBA with 3+ years in Analytics; strong Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, R, and SAS skills; experience in market research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Market Research, Forecasting, Consulting, or Healthcare/Pharma Analytics.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or consulting organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial analytics projects including forecasting, market assessment, competitive intelligence, customer analytics, segmentation and targeting, resource optimization, and brand performance analytics.
• Support pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in solving complex business problems through analytics-driven insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Lead and execute projects involving promotional effectiveness, ROI analysis, sales force effectiveness, pricing optimization, physician/patient profiling, and commercial strategy.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and commercial opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through impactful presentations and reports.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence across projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
