Responsibilities

• Handle student and client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand education background, career goals, preferred countries and requirements.
• Explain Proficientnest’s Study Abroad & Immigration services.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule counselling appointments with senior counsellors.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information.
• Coordinate with counselling, admissions and visa-processing teams.
• Assist students throughout the application process.
• Build strong relationships with students and clients.
• Work towards lead follow-up and conversion targets.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars and student events.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent client service.
