Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on site experience in interior fit-outs or construction.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Role & responsibilities:

• Daily on-site supervision and execution of interior design, architectural, and internal development works.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, floor plans, and technical layouts to guide contractors and labor teams.
• Ensuring high standards of quality control for materials and workmanship.
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and trade workers (carpenters, electricians, painters, etc.) to streamline workflow.
• Tracking daily site progress and managing on-site material requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on site experience in interior fit-outs or construction.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.
