Job summary

ITC is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead design management and coordination for commercial, retail, and office spaces in Kerala. You will oversee site coordination, QA/QAP, LEED documentation, and ensure high-quality workmanship across finishing items with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate with MEP and service teams, manage vendors, review shop drawings, and drive ITP implementation and swift RF closure while maintaining strict EHS norms on all packages.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects.
• Experience handling Corporate Offices, Hospitality, and Industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and detailing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; ability to interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the Interior fit-outs in Commercial buildings/ retails/office fit-outs projects
• Should be able to undertake Design management, Co-ordination with the Site team, Quality control and fair understanding of digital tools, LEED Documentation.
• Project execution planning
• Project Execution, Monitoring & Execution of Finishing Items in coordination with all services
• Design Coordination & Management
• Vendor Management
• Quality & Safety management
• Implementation of Inspection and testing protocol (ITP) in line with approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Approving the method statements and implement stage wise quality checking.
• RF submission to RFI closure report co-ordination with consultants and contractors.
• Co-ordinate with the contractor for relevant shop drawing submission and review for executions
• Weekly meeting with all vendors for sequential handover & execution
• Skilled in coordinating with all MEP and service teams to ensure seamless integration and clash free installation.
• Focused on delivering superior look and feel, design accuracy, and high standard workmanship in every project.
• Maintain all EHS norms for all the packages

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commercial fit out
• Should have experience in handling Corporate Offices Fitout/Hospitality, Industrial Projects: FMCG, Warehouse, Manufacturing Units
• Sound Knowledge of Interior Fit outs and details
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, reporting, MS office, AutoCAD knowledge and good contractor database
• Ability to interpret drawings
