is looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out and construction project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete execution of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
• Manage multiple interior construction projects while ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings independently
• Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Prepare and verify BOQs, billing, project schedules, and progress reports
• Monitor project timelines, manpower, material planning, and site productivity
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company procedures
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues during project implementation
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates to management

Required Qualifications

• B.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution and project management
• Experience in airport, hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant), commercial, corporate, or high-end interior projects is preferred
