Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute interior turnkey projects from planning stage to final handover.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and procurement planning.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings and ensure correct execution on site.
• Manage project documentation, billing, progress reports, and project close‑out reports.
• Track project schedules and resolve site issues or escalations.
• Ensure proper coordination between different technical services.
