Role Description

The Interior Designer 2D & 3D will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, supporting end-to-end design delivery for luxury residential and commercial projects.

• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concept designs, space plans, and detailed 2D drawings, as well as creating high-quality 3D visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and project teams.
• The role involves preparing construction drawings and FF&E selections, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• The designer will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers, participate in client presentations, and support the turnkey execution process from initial brief to final handover.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with experience in luxury residential and/or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of Architecture and ability to translate design concepts into functional layouts.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with FF&E selection, specifications, and material/finishes coordination.
• Advanced skills in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar visualization tools).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand and luxury standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients.
• Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in turnkey or design-build environments in Gurugram/Delhi NCR is an advantage.
