Job summary

MM Interior Studio in Vadodara is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to translate client visions into practical design solutions. You will develop concepts, space plans, mood boards, and detailed drawings; coordinate FF&E selection; supervise on-site execution; manage timelines and budgets; and collaborate with contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, strong communication, and a relevant diploma or degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture for concept development and overall spatial aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts and ensure functional, comfortable environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings to produce accurate plans, elevations, and details for on-site execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and coordination to deliver cohesive, high-quality interiors.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and vendors on-site.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Vadodara. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and prepare space plans and mood boards. Daily responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, supervising execution on-site, and ensuring projects align with design intent, timelines, and budgets.
