Job summary

ABIRIBA LIMITED in Ranchi is seeking a full-time Interior Designer to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop layouts and select finishes.

Day-to-day tasks include space planning, concept development, construction drawings, FF&E coordination, and ensuring designs meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for diverse project types.
• Understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior solutions.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate Construction Drawings for execution on site.
• Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, scheduling, and coordination.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and detail-oriented design skills with materials, lighting, and finishes.
• Effective communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to project requirements.
• Interest in sustainable design practices and integration into interiors.

Responsibilities

• Space planning, concept development, preparing interior layouts, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and furniture aligned with project requirements and sustainability.
• Producing detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring designs meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
