Job summary

Harish Deepak Nikhade is seeking an Interior Designer to conceptualise and execute premium residential and commercial spaces. You will translate client briefs into functional, safe, and visually stunning designs with strong spatial awareness and technical drawing ability.

You will develop 2D layouts and 3D renderings, curate materials, and coordinate with engineers and vendors to ensure design integrity from briefing to handover.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum hands-on interior design experience.
• Education: B.Des in Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Rendering knowledge with V-Ray, Enscape or Lumion.
• Strong communication, presentation and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop interior design concepts aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts and architectural detail drawings.
• Create 2D layouts and 3D interior visualisations with realistic renders.
• Present mood boards, material boards and presentation drawings to clients.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, source materials, and supervise on-site execution.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing functional, safe, and visually stunning spaces for a variety of premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong spatial design capabilities, excellent technical drawing proficiency, and the confidence to manage project execution seamlessly from initial client brief to final handover.

Role & responsibilities

• Concept & Design Development: Create functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic interior design concepts aligned with client requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive interior layouts, precise working drawings, and architectural detail drawings.
• Visualisation: Develop high-quality 2D layouts and 3D interior designs complete with realistic visual renderings.
• Client Presentations: Curate professional mood boards, material boards, and detailed presentation drawings to effectively pitch ideas to clients.
• Material Sourcing & Selection: Curate and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between clients, site engineers, external contractors, and vendors.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design execution stays strictly aligned with approved drawings.
• Project Management & Documentation: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, and all necessary interior project documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within the specified budget, and up to premium quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Any Graduate/ Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Interior Design or a registered Diploma in Interior Design.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on experience in interior design, ideally spanning both residential and commercial spaces.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and rendering engines like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command over interior material characteristics, custom furniture detailing, advanced lighting integration, and construction methods.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, pitch presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Execution Capabilities: Proven ability to manage multitasking workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight design deadlines.
