This role involves developing comprehensive designs including layouts and 3D renders while adhering to brand guidelines. Candidates should have a degree in Interior Design and relevant experience working on commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or commercial interior design.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and store rollouts across India.
• Willingness to travel across India for store rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end interior design concepts for new franchise stores.
• Create floor plans, layouts, 3D renders, elevations, and material boards.
• Ensure all stores maintain consistent brand aesthetics, color palettes, and design language.
• Conduct site visits for feasibility assessment and design validation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and franchise partners.
• Prepare BOQs, technical drawings, and final handover documents.
• Work closely with operations, procurement, and marketing teams.
• Optimize store layouts for customer flow, operational efficiency, and visual appeal.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Operations team. The role involves designing Honeyman franchise stores across multiple formats—including kiosks, parlors, cafés, and concept outlets—while ensuring consistent brand tone, color themes, materials, and customer flow. The Interior Designer will work closely with the operations and execution teams to bring each store to life from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end interior design concepts for new franchise stores across India.
• Create floor plans, layouts, 3D renders, elevations, and material boards aligned with brand guidelines. Work on store layout drawings, branding placements, and technical detailing using AutoCAD.
• Ensure all stores maintain consistent brand aesthetics, color palettes, and design language.
• Conduct site visits for feasibility assessment, design validation, and execution monitoring.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and franchise partners for on-ground implementation.
• Prepare BOQs, technical drawings, and final handover documents for each project.
• Work closely with the operations, procurement, and marketing teams to align design with functionality.
• Optimize store layouts for customer flow, operational efficiency, and visual appeal.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Ability to travel frequently for site visits and store rollouts across India.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and practical execution ability.
